Following on from the success of our 10th anniversary last year, 2012 has started on a considerable high for networx after being awarded the Best Companies 3 star accreditation – an accolade that officially recognises networx as one of the Best Companies to Work For.
The 3 star accreditation, which is the highest award given, is used to recognise those businesses who show the highest levels of fulfilment, motivation and engagement amongst staff and is widely recognised as the process used to produce the Sunday Times Best Companies To Work For Top 100 List.
In order to gain the award, each organisation is ranked according to levels of employee engagement and given a score based on direct feedback from surveys sent to staff. Designed to reflect the elite 'Michelin style' star rating system, the scores achieved by businesses determine the star ratings which they will receive; one star - first class, two stars - outstanding and three stars - extraordinary.
As a company that derives success from the combined skills and expertise of their employees, networx are committed to delivering an enjoyable working experience and rewarding staff for their efforts. In addition, the leading e recruitment provider also recognise the importance of supporting the local area, and do so through sponsorship of sports teams, as well as providing placements for a neighbouring university’s students.

Commenting on the achievement, Director Andy Pierson stated:
“We are extremely proud to be recognised by Best Companies in this manner - especially with a 3 star accreditation! Confirmation of the award has been received at a time when the business is undergoing considerable growth and development – something that would quite simply not be possible without the skills of our people. We are thrilled to see that our employees not only believe in our company like we do but that they are willing to rank networx as one of the best places to work. “
Networx will be listed within the 2012 Best Companies Handbook due to be published in March.
