New Products and Services Launched for 2012

Whilst some new products and services are developed as a direct result of client requests, networx are committed to providing end to end recruitment solutions for our extensive client base.However with significant levels of growth achieved over the last 12 months , 2011  has seen the introduction of an unprecedented number of new products and services.

These products can be broadly catergorised into two distinct groups: Tools that help businesses harness the power of Social Media as part of their recruitment strategy and The integration of tools and services utilised by our clients into our technology to deliver a more streamlined recruitment process.

1. Social Media Advertising & Search Packages

Tailoring each package according to the specific needs of our clients, the Social Media Advertising and Search Package is designed to reflect the success of our award winning Sourcing and Response Management Service but sourcing candidates through Social media platforms as opposed to the job boards.

With the Linkedin recruiter tool at our disposal we will not only post vacancies on this platform but also engage with our extensive network - built strategically over the past 18 months under the guidance of the UK's only certified Linkedin Trainer.

Combine this with the opportunities delivered by Twitter and Facebook and this new service in particular is set to be a highly cost effective and efficient means of recruitment in 2012.

2. CRB Checking

As indicated in a previous blog back in November this year, one of our objectives this year has been to establish a number of strategic partnerships with businesses who offer services relating to recruitment process.

This includes a leading supplier of CRB Checks, Personnel Checks. Through integration with our technology, clients are offered a seamless and cost effeicient process to submit candidates for CRB checks at any point throughout the recruitment cycle.

3. Online Testing and Analysis

Again drawing on our partnerships with leading businesses, we have developed our systems to allow businesses to request that candidates complete required online tests in order to support their recruitment selection.

Our continued relationship with online testing suppliers such as SHL and Thomas International allow our clients to select from a broad range of assessment  tools  such as numerical and verbal reasoning and personality profiling to ensure they are confident that they make the right recruitment decision.

4. SMS Texting Services

With over 90% of text messages being read within 4 minutes of them being received, what better way to communicate with candidates. This quick and easy to use functionality is available across our technology portfolio and helps to speed up the recruitment process by bringing attention to a call to action or simply helps to deliver a better candidate experience.

5. Google Adwords

A solution that needs very little explanation, Google Adwords is a dedicated tool used by businesses to increase levels of exposure within the search engine results pages. Tailored advertising packages are developed and implemented on behalf of our clients to deliver maximum return on investment and a highly targeted stream of traffic to your website.

6. Facebook App

Launched earlier this year, the Facebook App continues to generate a high level of interest from businesses who are all keen to tap into existing fans of their company on Facebook. The App, a result of our own research to find a suitable product which we could engage, offers a range of unique benefits currently not delivered by other application providers.

7. Twitter Feed

Another product designed to automate the sharing of information across relevant platforms, our team of in house developers have created a tool which enables businesses to tweet the details of a vacancy as soon as it is posted.

8. On-Boarding

Having implemented a number of onboarding platforms following requests from our clients, we have created a flexible solution that helps businesses bridge the gap between offering a candidate a position and them actually starting with the business. With a range of functionality available our clients are delivered a highly effective means of communicating with new employees and making them feel part of the team even before their first day.
