Candidate Experience Challenge - Day 5: Your process

Over the past week we have looked at key elements of the recruitment process. Having addressed each of these elements individually, the next step is to consider the best possible way to bring them together in a seamless manner. This is obviously largely dependant on the company concerned. There is no "one size fits all solution" ; especially when considering technology used to support this process.    

Candidate Expectations are rising and those companies that can consistently meet or exceed those expectations will not only ensure they deliver a premium service but also reap the benefits as a direct consequence.
