In our continued effort to ensure we deliver a premium service to candidates, we have now introduced a live help assistant tool which operates between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm
Whether candidates wish to know more about a vacancy, require an update on a submitted application or have a general enquiry this new functionality provides candidates with the option to click on the Live Help tab on our website and speak directly with one of our recruitment specialists and receive the information they require in real time.
The Link to the live assistant is situated on both our Jobs page and Contact page and is designed to support candidates at the time they need it rather than having to wait for someone to respond by email or telephone.
